Attractive sites not to miss in Sa Dec
Sa Dec town belongs to
Dong Thap province, Sa Dec is about 140 km from
Sai
Gon (Ho Chi Minh city). Being pretty and charming like a flower on the bank
of the Mekong River, the Sa Dec town can captivate visitors with its colorful
gardens and typical colonial buildings, made up of old markets, deserted
colonial houses and narrow streets. and Chinese-looking pagodas. So this city is

1. Tan Quy Dong flower village
Visiting this 100-year-old village at any time of the year, you can drown in a
paradise of flowers such as dahlia, hydrangea, small-flowered chrysanthemum

flowers including 50 species of roses.

3. Kien An Cung pagoda
Pagoda This Taoist Pagoda, built from 1924 to 1927 and several times renovated,
is located in the heart of Sa Dec. It is one of the places of worship of the
Chinese community. Its doors carved delicately, its walls and columns decorated
perfectly by the drawings telling Chinese legends, its beautiful tiled roof of 3
seats make it a religious place known in the South.
4. Hu Tieu restaurant at Tran Hung Dao street
After a few hours of walking around the city, we can end our journey by tasting
hu hu tieu - a dish characterizing the culinary art of Sa Dec. Its rice noodles
are small enough, soft to be easy to chew while the pork broth is very sweet and
fragrant. Some shrimp and slices of meat with some aromatic herbs complete this
dish.
