Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (Meals : N/A)

Our guide will Welcome you at Hanoi airport. Transfer to your hotel for overnight .

day 2: discover charming hanoi

Our chef will explain how to choose cooking ingredients at the local market. Listen to clear cooking demonstration and actively take part in making Vietnamese cooking dishes. After the class, lunch will be served from all the different dishes prepared during the demonstration.

Afternoon, Visit Temple of Literature(First university built in 1070 AD), Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and one pillar pagoda. Enjoy easy walking around exciting old quarters known as 36 commercial streets and the unique traditional water puppetry show(performed in Vietnam since 11 century)(Meals: B/L )

Day 3: Halong Bay highlights vietnam tour packages

8:30 Drive through the scenic Red River delta to Halong Bay. On arrival, enjoy amazing cruise around many of 3,000 amazingly shaped karst islands rising from the clear water. Explore Thien Cung cave, the most beautiful hidden cave under towering cliffs. Have fresh local seafood lunch on Halong bay cruise. Check in and overnight in Halong city(Meals: B/L).

Day 4: halong bay - hue

Free at leisure or swimming on the beach. After lunch, visit Dong Trieu pottery and ceramic village on the way to the airport for fight to Hue. Overnight in Hue

Day 5: discover charming ancient hue

Visit Dong Ba Market with the chef of the Y Thao Garden House. She will give instructions on how to choose food for our Vietnamese cooking lesson. Take notes and prepare different dishes under the chef guide. Lunch is served with our prepared dishes.

Afternoon, visit the most famous Thien Mu Pagoda overlooking perfume river and the forbiden city(Meals: B/L)

Day 6: hue - hoian

Morning visit to Tu Duc mausoleum before driving to Hoian. Visit enchanting Hoian town, UNESCO world heritage site with famous stops at ancient shop houses, chinese temples, 400 year old Japanese bridge(Meals: B/L)

Day 7: discover vietnam cooking style in hoian

Under the chef explanation, we choose our cooking materials at the local market. Take a leisurely 25 minute cruise along the Hoian river to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Enjoy local river life with beautiful and colorful photos if you bring your camara. On arrival, explore the herb and vegetable garden before the chef teaches us to prepare and cook some famous dishes. Together with a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving for plate decoration, you can prepare great parties at home. Free discovery Hoian town (Meals: B/L).

Day 9: Hoian - saigon

After breakfast, catch the flight to Saigon city or Ho Chi Minh. Check in for refreshment. Afternoon, discover the art of Vietnam cuisine under our chef guidance. Prepare, cook and eat our dishes with cheer as your dinner(Meals: B/D)

Day 10: discover saigon

Visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office with the best examples of classic French colonial architecture and the War Remnants museum with many war images. Afternoon, visit Hau Temple devoted to the Goddess of Mothers and Newborn Babies and the vibrant atmosphere of Ben Thanh Market where you can buy a wide selection of goods ranging from fake Nike trainers to beautiful silk Ao Dais. Back to the hotel. Overnight in Saigon(Meals: B)

Day 11: saigon departure

Free on your own and transfer to the airport to catch fight back home. End of Vietnam tours(Meals: B)
