Babe lake is located inside Ba Be national park in Ba Be district of Bac Can province. In Vietnamese, Ba means three and Be means lake. Therefore, you can understand Ba Be means three lakes connected together. Babe lake is surrounded by many limestone cliffs with very attractive forms and shapes. Especially, you can see 5 layer forest limestone mountains for 150 - 1700m high. If you are lucky, you can see few of 42 species recorded in Vietnam Red Book with 3 endemic anima l species that are gibbon (snub no se) Bamboo-Thread and Red Algae. Day 1: Hanoi - babe lake

Get out of the busy city, Hanoi at 8:00 AM. Drive through 2 cities: Thai Nguyen and Bac Can into the Northeast of Vietnam. You will set your feet on one of the most beautiful national parks in Vietnam. This is Babe park. Drive through the park centre to a peaceful village on the bank of Babe lake. Check in the Tay family in Pac Ngoi village. Discover the afternoon activities of the local people.(Meals: L/D)

day 2: discover charming lake

From Pac Ngoi village, take a cruise around the lake. Then, turn into beautiful river(Nang river). Enjoy stunning scenery while cruising up the river to Poong cave. Discover the cave and cruise to Dong Dang water fall. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant. Trek to Waterfall. Continue your cruise to Tay village. Discover the village and overnight in Pac Ngoi village(Meals: B/L/D)

day 2: babe lake - hanoi

Early waken up by the singing of many birds and chicken, you have chance to experience the morning activities of the remote village. Have breakfast drive back to Hanoi about 16:00 PM(Meals: B/L)
