day 1: hanoi - halong bay

8:15 AM pick up at your hotel. It takes 3 hour to drive through countryside's stunning scenery to Halong Bay. Stop for refreshment on the way. Arrive at Halong bay at 12: 00 noon. Enjoy welcome drink and check in at the top of Halong bay cruises. It is time to experience Halong Bay tours.

13:00 discover the Vietnamese art of cooking at lunch while Ms Valentine is touring Halong bay. You will get no sense of time because of Halong's incredibly fascinating view and delicious food.

14: 30 Arrive at Tip Top island. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach and climbing 330 steps to the top of the mountain for fantastic views and photo opportunities. Water and towels are supplied.

15:15 Back to Ms Valentine. Continue cruising to Bat cave area. Arrive at the Bat cave at 16: 15. There are two options:

• First option: 40 minutes kayaking around Bat cave and naturally sculptured limestone islands of different shapes. 10$ is for kayaking unless it is included in your package. Water is supplied
• Second option: Visit the largest floating fishing village in Halong Bay for 20 minutes. You will see daily life of the local fishermen

17:00 Sail through many strange limestone islands. Arrive at Loun Bo area at 18:30. Anchor for overnight.
19:00 enjoy delicous Vietnamese and westen buffet or set menu dinner.

20:30 Evening activities:

• Film entertainment in the dinning room
• Playing cards
• Join squid fishing with our crew on board
• Massage service is available
• Travel by tender to a nearby squid fishing boat. See how local fishermen catch squid and different kind of fish.( if the weather is possible)

Enjoy the sunrise over the bay. 7:00 Join Tai Chi class on sundeck for 30 minutes or relax onboard. Then, have coffee, tea and breakfast pastries in the dinning room. 8:00 Begin your Halong bay tour by visiting Surprising cave, one of the most beautiful cave in the world.

9:00 Back to Ms Valentine. Freshen up and check out. Leave your heavy luggage outside of the cabins(staff will take care). 9:30 Enjoy breakfast - set menu or buffet. Settle bills.

Relax and enjoy the bay scenery as we approach the pier. 11:00 Transfer by tender to the pier. drive back to your hotel at 15:40. Now, you have full expreience why Halong bay tours are highlights of Vietnam holiday (Meals: B)
