Ninh Binh organizes tourism week

With the aim of boosting the promotion, introducing attractive features and outstanding values of Ninh Binh tourism resources, especially the World Cultural and Natural Heritage - Trang An complex. Ninh Binh will organize Ninh Binh Tourism Week in 2018 with the theme "Tam Coc - Trang An gold color".
As part of the chain of activities commemorating the 1050th anniversary of Dai Co Viet nation, this event contributes to stimulating tourist demand in the low season and at the same time bringing the special and attractive tourist products of Ninh Binh to the masses, domestic and foreign tourists.

The activities of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2018 will take place in Tam Coc - Bich Dong area, along two sides of Ngo Dong River, belonging to the tourist route: Dinh Cac - Hang Ca - Hang Hai - Hang Ba.

Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist site is located in the core zone of World Cultural and Natural Heritage - Trang An tourism complex. At the beginning of summer, when the rice fields turn yellow, visitors will enjoy the beauty of the world heritage at the most beautiful time of the year. The golden rice fields stand out among the limestone mountain ridges of the two sides of the Ngo Dong River, creating a beautiful natural landscape that captivates people.

In 2015, Tam Coc has reached the top 15 places "beautiful but little known" voted by the Telegraph magazine (England). In early 2018, the image of the Ngo Dong River as a soft silk band on the rice mat are gradually turning yellow, winding around the mountains in Tam Coc appeared in Business Insider magazine topped list of the 50 most attractive destinations in 2018.

According to the plan, Ninh Binh Tourism Week in 2018 with the theme "Tam Coc - Trang An" will have nine main activities organized in Tam Coc - Bich Dong Tourist Area, Trang Ecotourism site and some localities of Ninh Binh province. Typical activities include: walking street and Tam Coc food market; survey and construction of Tam Coc gold photography tours, Ninh Binh tourism product survey and construction program; art photo exhibition entitled "Tam Coc Golden Season - Trang An". Especially, the opening ceremony is expected to be held at the Tam Coc boat landing stage, after the opening program, the delegates will take a boat to visit the Tam Coc rice paddies and enjoy folk melodies that have been recognized by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage representing humanity in the caves of Ca, Hai and Ba.

Ninh Binh Tourism Week in 2018 themed "Tam Coc - Trang An gold color" is an opportunity for Ninh Binh to continue exchanging, cooperating on culture, socio-economic, especially tourism with localities. At the same time continue to affirm the brand name and position of Ninh Binh Tourism as a safe, attractive, civilized, friendly and hospitable destination in Vietnam.
